My Story

Dr. Arnaldo Neves Da Silva, MD, FAHS is Co-Director of the Palm Beach Headache Center, where he is dedicated to helping patients find relief from complex headache and neurological conditions. He is board-certified in both Neurology and Headache Medicine and is a proud Fellow of the American Headache Society.

Originally from Brazil, Dr. Da Silva began his career as a practicing neurosurgeon before moving to the United States in 2004. He completed advanced fellowships in Neuro-oncology and Radiosurgery (Gamma-Knife) at the University of Virginia, followed by a Neurology residency at the University of Chicago. His training also included a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Headache and Pain, where he focused on the most challenging headache disorders.

Over the years, Dr. Da Silva has combined clinical expertise with academic leadership, serving as Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Colorado and caring for patients at national referral centers such as the Michigan Head Pain and Neurological Institute. His areas of special interest include cell therapies for migraine, interventional pain procedures, and neuromodulation.

Dr. Da Silva also holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Known for his compassionate approach, he values building strong connections with his patients and is committed to providing personalized, innovative care tailored to each individual’s needs.
